**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Drive and support business development for OMV Aviation in all relevant OMV markets (AT, DE, RO, CZ, HU), including Sustainable Aviation fuels (SAF) as well as airport portfolio expansion and optimization
- Contribute to positioning OMV as early mover of new sustainable, bio and circular Aviation fuels in line with OMV Strategy 2030
- Define and drive implementation of Aviation sales channel strategy for conventional Jet as well as SAF
- Manage indirect business accounts (Resellers) with optimal cost-benefit relation
- Support planning and delivering volume and margin targets of conventional Jet as well as SAF to airline customers in all relevant OMV markets
- Lead the forecasting as well as monthly and mid-term volume and margin planning processes
- Strategically define, steer and monitor the most profitable Aviation sales structure in coordination with Supply structure by actively collecting and monitoring market information for OMV Aviation pricing and growth strategy as well as daily volume optimization
- Manage volumes and sales prices on a daily basis in order to drive the optimization of the integrated OMV margin

**Your profile**:

- University Degree/ Master´s in Technical or Business field
- Minimum of 9 years' professional working experience
- Advanced planning and forecasting skills, and profound understanding of key performance indicators
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and customer and solution oriented personality
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset combined with analytical skills
- Fluency in English, additional languages as German and Romanian of advantage
