**Responsibilities**:
- Actively contribute to achieve the set PS financial annual targets
- Working on multiple projects, responsible for end-to-end project delivery
- Understanding the requirements of the customer right from “sales discovery” stage and identifying key deliverables
- Assist and support the regional sales team in technical, delivery and project-oriented queries. Demonstrate SmartStream products to convince and satisfy customer requirements.
- Manage and prepare PS proposals (RFP/RFQ/EOI) for assisting Sales & Pre-Sales to comply to open tenders.
- Estimate efforts to deliver a solution/system/consultation as per customer requirements. Create scope of work document and Engagement Authorization Forms (EAF). Pass the scope and EAF through the approval from PS Managers and Commercial Review.
- Create and maintain project status and details on the salesforce PSA system. Create project, assignments, project tasks, schedules in PSA.
- Raising regular billing events for time and material projects on monthly basis and on completion of milestones for fixed price project.
- Follow-up with customer on pending invoices. Coordinate with finance and sales team on resolving customer queries on processing of invoice.
- Explore the regional market for professional services opportunities. Propose services/solutions to prospective customers and convert prospects to signed EAFs.
- Project management according to the SmartStep standards
- Manage the comprehensive end-to-end delivery of a project with limited supervision from a manager. Identify key time scales for the different modules and take responsibility for junior team members’ delivery.
- Define project scope, develop core work plan, and negotiate this with the client. Assign resources, identify key risks, and define solutions
- Use strong business sense to ensure project recommendations are consistent with the over context (market, company level)
- Structure and manage complex and multiple project documents and develop proposals. Support and coach junior consultants with structuring and story lining
- Manage and coach junior team members, acting as a role model, building project morale and encouraging recognition, adapting management style to the specific project and team
- Is seen as a senior advisor by client executives, and builds strong relationships with clients

- Experience in bank, financial organization or service organization for banking and finance.
