**Your Job.**

Zühlke is looking for an Engagement Manager to help drive our growth in Austria. In this management role you will work closely with colleagues to win and deliver innovative projects ranging from small Proofs of Concept to large multiyear and multi million Euro engagements. You need to be able to understand complex customer problems and conceptualise solutions. You will be responsible for securing a high level of client satisfaction in engagements, ensure that projects are well managed and that they deliver the required value to our clients.

**Your Talent**:

- Experience of winning sales and successful customer delivery ideally through working in a service organisation
- Strong leadership, communication and pre-sales skills with stakeholder and engagement management experience.
- Strong commercial and basic legal awareness
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and technical solution delivery
- Knowledge of tech trends and how they can solve real world customer problems
- A University degree, preferably in a relevant technical discipline and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Both excellent German and English skills are required
- Our work is mainly at or within an hour's travel from our Vienna office. Willingness to travel under 30%
