If your answer is YES to these questions, we have an exciting job opportunity for you as Multichannel Engagement Manager. **About the Role** Working within an international matrix environment you will be the integral part of Multichannel Engagement (MCE) for our affiliate in Austria, reporting directly to our Finance & Operation Director. You will work very closely with our Commercial Excellence team as well as with our business unit leaders, leading the development and implementation of the MCE ecosystem. Furthermore, you will drive adoption of digital customer engagement tools by training and inspiring in the affiliate. In addition, you will - support the execution of key Multichannel Engagement projects, like designing digital campaigns, customer journeys and multichannel marketing strategies, in close collaboration with our Business Units and Medical team - develop insights on customer preferences and generate ideas and projects to improve customer engagements - analyse, synthesize, and measure MCE performance and its impact to enhance customer understanding - be responsible for excellent communication and insight sharing within the affiliate - drive innovation in the way we interact with customers in a digital and multichannel-based approach and lead the change across the affiliate In addition to your affiliate responsibility, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence network in “North West Europe” Business Area. The office is located in Vienna, Austria. **About you** - Master’s degree or other relevant commercial academic background in business administration, economics (i.e. Marketing), preferably with specialisation towards digital and customer facing engagements - Strong professional working experience related to multichannel engagement and digital marketing mix - Profound knowledge of MCE tools, methods, and digital technologies, as well as development of technologies, platforms and ways of interactions - Exceptional oral and written presentation and communication skills - Excellent German and English language skills in both written and spoken **Contact and deadline** **About Novo Nordisk and our offer** Novo Nordisk is its people.
