If your answer is YES to these questions, we have an exciting job opportunity for you as **Business Support & Customer Service Professional**. **About the Role** **This role is the ideal entry position into Novo Nordisk, its pharmaceutical environment, and provides broad insights into our business operations, processes and customer services. Working within an international matrix environment you will be the contact person for sample management and our Coupa purchasing system in Austria, reporting directly to our Finance & Organisation Director. You will successfully be executive on all kinds of business tasks and pro-actively drive adoption and improvement to key processes such as purchasing and sample management. More specifically you will**: - Independently manage our sample release process, review and release sample orders - Train our Sales force in sample process, policy and sample functionality in our CRM tool - Manage customer cases via case handling system and act as 2nd line customer service - Be responsible for processing promotional material orders - Drive adoption of our Coupa Purchasing system and act as local Champion/Super user to support other departments - Pro-actively train new employees in our Coupa Purchasing guidelines and system usage - independently drive order processing and invoice management - Ad hoc monitoring, analysing and general reporting - Provide ad hoc business support such as system/tool support, commercial projects, etc. - act as a role model on Novo Nordisk behaviour and cross-functional cooperation and ensure business ethics and compliance **In addition to your affiliate responsibility, you will be part of the Coupa network in “North West Europe” Business Area. The office is located in Vienna, Austria.** **About you** - You have a Bachelor and/or Master’s degree or other relevant commercial academic background in business administration - You bring first professional working experience in either Customer Service, Supply Chain/Logistics or Business Support with you, ideally from international business environment - You have sound knowledge of Supply Management, Customer & Complaint handling, Accounting and Financial invoicing - You have exceptional experience and strong affinity to work with numbers, processes, tools and various IT & CRM systems - You bring thorough project management skills with you - You have a very structured, accurate working style and a solution-oriented mindset - You bring a communicative, open personality with high networking ability and passion for collaboration across functions with you - You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills **Contact and deadline** **About Novo Nordisk and our offer** Novo Nordisk is its people.
