**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Continuous Improvement and Optimization**: Execute tasks to enhance and optimize the Quality Management System at Kapsch TrafficCom, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and facilitating ongoing business process improvements.
- ** Audit Coordination**: Manage the preparation of internal and external Quality Management System audits, including the coordination, collection, and management of necessary information.
- ** Report Preparation**: Prepare various business and domain-specific reports, ensuring accurate coordination, information collection, and management.
- ** ERP and IT Tools Utilization**: Work with our ERP system and other IT tools to generate and deliver reports from systems used at Kapsch TrafficCom.
- ** Operational Excellence Support**: Assist local and global management in operational excellence activities.

**Your Profile**:

- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work systematically and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Self-confident with a high sense of responsibility.
- Capable of working independently, with a structured and well-organized approach, and strong service orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
- Excellent oral and written skills in both German and English.
