- Führung der Service-Teams in den Ländern
- Berichtslinie an den Vice President Europe
- Kooperation mit Country Managern, Ersatzteil-Abteilung und Human Resources

**Operative Aufgaben**
- Steigerung von Leistung, Effizienz und Erfolg der lokalen Serviceteams
- Umsetzung der KPIs bei Kundenzufriedenheit, Betriebsergebnis und Sales-leads
- Unterstützung bei technischer Kundenbetreuung

**Qualifikation, Erfahrung & Eigenschaften**
- Qualifizierte technische Ausbildung, i.e. HTL, FH oder TU
- Min. 5 Jahre operative Führungserfahrung im Service / After Sales Bereich mit Agrar-Fahrzeugen
- Sehr gute technische Kompetenz gepaart mit gutem kaufmännischem Verständnis
- Hohe int’l Reisebereitschaft
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Zeitvorgaben einzuhalten
- Sehr guter Kommunikator und Verhandler
- Fließend in Deutsch & Englisch, Kenntnis slawischer Sprachen von Vorteil
