Lauda Europe is a Maltese Airline and part of the Ryanair Group, which offers wetlease and charter services.

We now seek a HR Business Partner who will be based either in our Schwechat support office or Malta Headquarters, travelling regularly to our operational bases across Europe, with a particular focus on our contracted crew leasing agencies.

The Role:

- Supporting and advising management at all levels across the business on HR related matters.
- Co-ordination with, and oversight of, crew leasing agencies to ensure compliance with Lauda Europe policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support the Lauda Europe HR function.
- Responsibility for employee contracts in designated bases.
- Prompt and efficient responses to employee queries.
- Proactive communications to employees in allocated bases.

**Requirements**:

- The right to work & live in the EU
- HR / Business degree or equivalent
- +2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Flexibility and availability to travel
- PC Skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Power point etc)
- And finally, you must be a team player with a good sense of humour
