Our client is a leading international distributor of agricultural vehicles & machinery with HQ Europe in Vienna. With the objective to further upgrade our technical service and continuously improve spare parts management for clients across the CEE region and in Germany.

Tasks

Key tasks
- Lead the in-country Service Teams with focus on increasing customer satisfaction and profitability
- Define, implement and track planning, budgeting and other internal processes
- Drive the digital process
- Collaborate with Country Managers, HR and In-Country Service Managers
- Support budgeting and reporting via monthly calls
- Cooperate and communicate closely with the parts department

Essential responsibilities
- Work together effectively with in-country Management Teams to optimize the business
- Engage & manage individual & team performance within Service, e.g, by establishing & monitoring performance-benchmarks on customer satisfaction, margin improvements and sales-leads
- Guide local Service Teams towards building and securing close client-partnerships
- Coach individuals to better identify & address current service and product needs and generate new business
- Ensure all safety rules & regulations are followed and implemented

**Requirements**:
Required qualifications
- Min 7 years of operational and leadership experience within int’l agro-vehicle & machinery service sector
- Excellent technical understanding and solid commercial acumen
- Ability to travel up to 60% of time and work flexible hours
- Proven capability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communicator & negotiator with excellent closing skills
- Fluent in English & German, additional language skills - Romanian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian a definite asset
