**Your tasks**:
In this role you will join and shape GoStudent’s brand new Future Labs division You will revolutionize how students learn and build a connection with their teachers and tutors. You will incubate revolutionary learning formats and bring practical use cases to market based on the latest technologies. Are you hungry to create something amazing from the ground up? **Your tasks**: - Identify relevant technologies in order to incubate formats and products how students learn and form a connection with their tutors. - You are responsible for distilling key insights and user pain points, lead design sprints and identify tech solutions with the goal of designing pilots in order to bring products from zero to one. - Bring an understanding of the education and/ or the AR/VR space, as well as new technologies to shape tomorrow’s tutoring experience - Lead and drive product conception and delivery within the context of broader product goals, strategy and roadmap - Incorporate data, user research and market analysis to inform product requirements. - Understand GoStudent’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and are recognized as the most innovative in the EduTech industry. - You will work closely with other product managers, tech teams, designers, data teams, the central product team and external consultancies ensuring a well thought through testing and go-to-market approach - Stay current on trends, innovation and competition in a fast-paced environment.

**Who you are**:

- You are a star creative technologist with multiple years of experience in a design consultancy, digital first creative agency, digital consultancy or big tech company.
- You live and breathe technology. You have a passion and curiosity for the latest trends in tech such as the metaverse, 3D, gaming and blockchain. You bring an understanding of what technologies could be meaningful to tomorrow’s education space.
- Experience with bringing a product from zero to one.
- You have a strong history of hands-on experience leading design sprints, identifying user pain points and insights, lead product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions in a structured way.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, confident taking initiative as well as a structured and independent working style.
- A creative mind who is grounded in data, with the skills to evaluate data and draw insights to make informed product decisions. Expertise in defining success criteria for your product ideas and measuring the impact of the features.
- A creative thinker, team player, who enjoys the ride with a smile on your face.
