An Executive Assistant is a well-connected, trusted member of the team who is proactively handling day-to-day tasks such as managing the schedules, communications and travels of executives.

- You will support our Chief Product Architects in their daily tasks and thus make an important contribution to the smooth running of various processes.
- You will drive and maintain the Product Architect team’s official appearance (SharePoint site, including blogs, guidance articles, people overview and association to capabilities)
- As an all-round talent, you will assist with new hire planning, be responsible for merit planning, prepare the merit cycles, work and maintain tooling like Ultipro, Teams, SmartRecruiters and CompXL
- You support with appointment management, researching and preparing the necessary documents and presentations, record minutes & decisions and feed the decision log
- You keep track of the focus and knowledge areas, availability, trainings, events etc. of the individual team members
- You’ll organize business trips and offsite events, which is easy for you due to your organizational talent.
- You manage information of confidential and critical nature and maintain the highest level of discretion.
- and process management of our executives

**Qualifications**:

- You already have experience in a similar assistance role.
- You had project management focus in your education
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
- Your organizational skills and independent way of working distinguish you.
- You are an extroverted, proactive personality with a high service orientation who enjoys taking on challenging tasks.
- Interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and discretion characterize you.

**Compensation and rewards**

We offer an entry-level annual gross salary based on full-time employment starting at EUR 49.000 (significantly more with relevant qualifications and experience).
