**What You’ll Do**

**In this role, you**
**optimize the Demand & Supply Chain process by analysing existing processes, proposing improvements, including process redesign, and implementing these improvements. You will develop new concepts and tools for further optimization of the Demand & Supply Chain**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensures Business Processes are in line with the organization’s strategic goals
- Leads global SCM projects for optimization and further developments of processes and software - coordinating interdisciplinary teams
- Identifying areas of improvement, creating, and presenting process improvement reports
- Overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of new business processes

**Your experience**
- Education in Supply Chain or Business with related work experience
- Project Management experience
- SAP experience
- IT affinity
- Experience with procurement, warehouse, SCM processes
- Ability to communicate well with peers and all levels of management
- English fluent, German would be a plus

Your place of work: Getzersdorf, Lower Austria - Hybrid (Homeoffice possible)

Type of employment: 38.5 hours/week, full-time, permanent contract

This position is available immediately (we are happy to take into account your notice period or your desired date)

We offer you an income that is based on your qualifications and market conditions, starting at a yearly gross salary of EUR 40.000, -, overpayment is possible.
