- Generate and lead AI and data-driven innovation projects that transform how we plan and perform.
- Inspire adoption of cutting-edge technologies across the organization.
- Build a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

**About you**
- A curious, adaptive leader with a passion for innovation.
- Strong communicator who can influence from the shop floor to the boardroom.
- 5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or digital transformation (impact matters more than tenure).

- Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 108.000 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
