Usersnap is a web-based user feedback software that is used by companies like Facebook, Canva, and Microsoft worldwide.

We are searching for a highly-driven Senior Growth Marketer with a proven track record in B2B lifecycle marketing or product marketing. Preferred with SaaS experience.

**In this role, you’ll get to**
- Strategize the self-service product activation and retention funnel stages and create campaigns to increase ARPA and CLV
- Drive product engagement and upsell rates with free trial users and paying customers through effective communication and segmentation
- Build successful customer journeys and delightful customer experiences across channels by working closely with marketing, sales, and support
- Utilize customer feedback and conduct market research for campaigns and messaging to resonate with real customer search intents and needs
- Track and perform analysis for all activities and ask critical questions to move the growth needle with the team.

**We’re looking for people who have**
- 5 years of SaaS digital marketing experience- Strong project management skills with the ability to research, run experiments, and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Native (or fluent) English to craft high-quality content
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally
- Demonstrated scaling up the customer base through digital marketing.

- The minimum base salary for this position is €42.000;
- yearly gross. The actual offer depends on your skillset and experience.
