Vp of Product

**Your Responsibilities**:
At Meister, we create products that thousands of users fall in love with each day - but even the best teams need strong direction. We want an inspirational leader: to head up our product department and lead from the front. As Vice President, you’ll take responsibility for our product management and UX/UI design teams, leveraging growth while maintaining our USPs of simplicity and clean design.

Your job: support our product teams as they improve their workflows to define, track, and achieve performance metrics. You will also identify prime talent, foster individual development, and improve our processes. With our CPO, product managers and other stakeholders, you’ll leave your mark on our strategic roadmaps, steering the Meister Suite through a changing market to long-term success.

**What Makes You Special**:

- **7+ Years’ Experience. **You know the ropes in product management for SaaS companies, ideally in strategic positions (Director, Head of Product, CPO).
- ** SaaS credentials.** Proven track record of developing and launching successful Software-as-a-Service products, ideally in the productivity space.
