**Profile / Profil**:

- Successfully completed technical education
- Technical interest in the field of emergency and safety lighting
- Good command of written and spoken English, other foreign languages of advantage
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 30 working days)
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and high customer and service orientation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL)
- Technisches Interesse für den Bereich der Not
- und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Führerschein der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 Arbeitstage)
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfreude sowie hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung

**Responsibilities / Aufgaben**:

- Assistance in the export management regarding the technical and commercial support of international trade and sales organizations
- Data maintenance of products in the company’s own ERP system
- Development of processes of existing partner interfaces
- Cooperation with internal departments for the preparation of product-specific, international documents
- Development of product presentations and implementation of trainings, both in German and English
- Subsequently: Establishment, maintenance and further development of the product portfolio of existing and new business relationships
- Unterstützung der Exportleitung bei der technischen und kaufmännischen Betreuung internationaler Handels
- und Vertriebsorganisationen
- Datenpflege der Produkte im firmeneigenen ERP System
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse bestehender Partnerschnittstellen
- Zusammenarbeit mit firmeninternen Abteilungen zur Erstellung von produktspezifischen, internationalen Unterlagen
- Erarbeitung von Produktpräsentationen und Durchführung von Schulungen, sowohl auf deutsch als auch auf englisch
- In weiterer Folge: Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios bestehender und neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen
