**Your role at Dynatrace**:

- Define, own, and communicate the **product vision** and **roadmap**for **GenAI-powered solutions**:

- Translate **complex technical** and research advances into **actionable product** **requirements**and **intuitive user experiences**:

- ** Collaborate**with **engineering**, **research**, and **design**teams to deliver **robust**, **scalable**, and **transparent AI products**:

- Lead **go-to-market strategy**, **pricing**, and **positioning**for GenAI offerings
- Engage with **customers**and **stakeholders**to gather feedbaack and **validate product direction**:

- Stay **ahead of industry trends in GenAI**, **LLMs**, and agentic systems to inform **product strategy**:

- ** Mentor**and **grow**a diverse, interdisciplinary **team** of **product and AI professionals**

**What will help you succeed**:

- Bachelor´s in **Computer Science**, **Data Science**, or **Applied Mathematics**; **Master´s in AI, ML, or related field preferred**:

- ** 5+ years of product management** experience, with a proven record of **building** and **scaling B2B SaaS products**:

- ** Hands-on**experience with **GenAI, LLMs**, or **agentic architectures**, and **deep understanding of AI fundamentals**:

- Strong ability to **translate technical concepts** into **business value** and actionable product plans
- Excellent **communication**skills, with expeirence working cross-functionally and with enterprise customers
- Experience with **cloud platforms**, **ML infrastructure**, and **developer platforms** is a plus
