- You have well founded knowledge and experience, regarding corporate health and wellness programs which are innovative, relevant and holistically focusing on the professional and personal wellbeing of co-workers.
- Ideally, you have a background in psychology, health management or social pedagogy, several years of leadership experience as well as coaching and training skills.
- You have a good systemic understanding and know how to successfully plan and implement projects and measures.
- With an independent workstyle, you take own initiatives and responsibility, driven by accomplishing goal and achieving results.
- You are a strong communicator. You express ideas and opinions effectively in German and English and are talented in building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
In the role as Health and Wellbeing Leader, you lead execution of Co-Worker Relations country strategy by enhancing the health and wellbeing of IKEA co-workers focusing on creating a modern, caring, healthy and safe working environment. You will:

- Oversee and contribute strategically to the national health and wellbeing approach in accordance with global employment standards as defined by the Centre of Expertise, national and local legislation.
- Further devise and implement innovative, meaningful and effective strategies, programs and initiatives in order to support our many co-workers with their physical, mental and financial health & wellbeing
- Empower and support our leaders with knowledge & tools to create a healthy organization and live healthy leadership in everyday worklife
- Partner with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic and effective ways of working
- Measure co-workers wellbeing using data and analytics to increase overall health and wellbeing of workforce.
- Collaborate with Group People & Culture team to design and propose health and safety policies that increase health and wellbeing.
- Act as primary point of contact for health and wellbeing services and offerings and also coordinate on-site wellbeing events/activities for all units.
- Coordinate the implementation and internal communication of wellbeing programs offered by external providers.

In this role you will report to the Co-Worker Relations Manager Austria. The location of service is our Service Office in Vösendorf but with our Remote Work Agreement it is also possible to work from other locations in Austria. The position can also be performed part-time (30 hrs/ week).

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 3 200 (on fulltime base).

We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
