The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Guest Relations Agent**

In this position, you willcreate unforgettable experiences for ourguests and createa perfect stay.
The prerequisite for this positionis a service-orientedattitude, team-oriented work and the ability to motivate. You should alsohave a goodcommand of English, a knowledge ofthe OPERA systemand previous experiencein the fieldof Front ofHouse/Front Office.

**Your Competencies**:

- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Previous Professional experience at the Reception or in Guest Relations
- Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and appearance
- resilience, teamwork and flexibility
- Quality awareness
- A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
- excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
- knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
