Um das weitere Wachstum sicherzustellen, suchen wir für unseren Kunden eine neue Kollegin oder einen neuen Kollegen im 12-köpfigen Team.

**Aufgaben**:
**Die Challenge**
- Management und Weiterentwicklung der Onlineshops edustore.at und educom.at: Auswahl der richtigen Produkte, Pflege der Webseite, Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Customer Experience
- Kundenberatung, Kundenbetreuung (telefonisch, im Chat & per Mail, wahlweise auch gerne im Shop)
- Store-Management und Content-Aktualisierung unserer Homepage

**Anforderungsprofil**:
**Das ist Pflicht**
- Technikaffinität - du musst kein Nerd sein, aber Interesse an Hardware
- und Mobilfunktrends ist wichtig

**Das wäre cool**
- Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von Online-Shops (Backend) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse aktueller Technologien und Produkte im Bereich Notebook, Handy & Handytarife
- Deutsch perfekt in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Beherrschung der MS-Office Produktpalette, vorzugsweise auch Kenntnisse in Bildbearbeitung wie Photoshop
- Organisationstalent und selbständige Arbeitsweise
