- For Chiesi Austria, located in Vienna (1st district), we search for support in the field of purchasing & customer care.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Handling of the purchasing process (creation of Purchase requisitions/orders, invoicing, SAP processes, coordination with Finance and Strategic Procurement) in close coordination with the responsible colleagues - Responsibility for handling orders for CH and DE (Customer Care Rare Diseases) and customer service, coordination with logistics - Responsibility for processing medical device orders and the delivery of medical samples - Cooperation with customer care “Air & Care” including vacation replacement - Process documentation for current processes in the Purchasing & Customer Care area and their ongoing update - Participation in the automation and optimization of processes, projects and reporting activities

**Your Profile**
- Completed business education (Matura or Bachelor) - Several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of purchasing/procurement and/or customer care/logistics - Experience in working with SAP is an advantage; in general high system affinity - Strong affinity for numbers and high level of accuracy - High service orientation (internal and external) and reliability - German spoken and written, very good knowledge of English - Team player with the ability to collaborate cross departments - Process understanding - Excellent knowledge of the entire Office package
