To strengthen our motivated Group Human Resources & Internal Communication team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **HR Digitization Manager (M/F/d) **.

**Your Role**:

- You want to lead the implementation of our group-wide HR software (initial focus: EC, Recruiting, Learning) in close cooperation with our IT department and external implementation partner - for around 100 legal entities in more than 30 countries
- You will lead the Employee Central implementation stream of our project
- You are experienced in the analysis and implementation of functional requirements in an HR software, of course with active support of our global HR professionals on site and the implementation partner
- You are motivated to optimize and streamline HR processes (end-to-end, having user-experience in mind) through digitization and you understand current and future trends
- You have extensive project management experience in an international environment and enjoy working with an international multi-site project team
- You want to be responsible for a stable and smooth operation of our HR software through continuous further developments and 2nd level support
- You appreciate working with passionate team members in an action-oriented global company

**Your Profile**:

- You gained relevant experience in the implementation of an HR software as project lead/manager, ideally in an international company
- A project management certification and university degree would be an advantage
- You have a deep knowledge of HR processes and related IT solutions (preferably SAP Success Factors)
- You are a proactive solution-oriented person with hands-on mentality and change management experience
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in in German and English (C-Level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 70,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
