**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Develop a business model for OMV CCU and PtL initiatives including value proposition and unique OMV differentiation as a solution provider for the heavy industry (e.g. cement, steel) and integration of the CO2 based feedstock into OMV/Borealis supply chain for producing SAF / E-Fuels and renewable based chemicals.
- Initiate and manage major programs and projects on CCU & PtL (e.g C2PAT), from an idea phase through execution, including CO2 capturing and sourcing, hydrogen sourcing, technology development, integrating the renewable feedstock into the OMV supply chain, in collaboration with internal units and divisions (e.g. Refining, Marketing & Trading and Chemicals & Materials)
- Negotiate and conclude cooperation agreements, JVs, partnerships, contracts, in the CCU eco-system (renewables / hydrogen producers, grid operators, and financial investors) in order to build up strong hydrogen import consortia to achieve a market differentiation for OMV
- Asses and support evaluation of technical, regulatory and legislative developments on a national and international basis for relevant technologies and products, help guide OMV's business advocacy and factor in takeaways in the development of the project
Represent OMV as shareholder and stakeholder in different national and international hydrogen industry
- and research associations as well as in specific working groups

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diplom in Business/ Economics or Chemical/Process Engineering or similar
- Minimum 12 years experience with profound working knowledge about chemical processes and hydrogen
- Experience in a relevant field of the hydrogen economy
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional/ cross-divisional teams towards common purpose
- Proven knowledge and professional experience in developing new businesses and ability to create new partnerships
- Analytically strong, high degree of resilience in the face of challenge, flexible in adapting to different situations, people, or groups
- Ability to bridge between technical/ project management/ commercials details and strategic thinking to further develop partnerships and grow networks
