**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Erarbeitung und Abstimmung von Projektterminplänen im Pharma-Anlagenbau sowie in EPCM Projekten im Pharmaumfeld (Akquisition und Abwicklung)
- Festlegung der Projektmeilensteine/-phasen unter Beachtung der vertraglichen Anforderungen
- Erarbeitung von Terminsteuerungsmaßnahmen (Szenarien)
- Identifikation von Terminkonflikten/-risiken und Implementierung eines Terminrisikomanagements sowie Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen (kritischer Pfad)
- Laufende Synchronisation des Projekts -(Kundenterminplan / Partnerterminplänen)
- Überwachung der Projektmeilensteine intern/extern (Status-/Progress Controlling, Reporting)
- Terminplanpflege und Änderungsdokumentation
- Sicherstellung der Termintreue (Terminplanung als Projektsteuerungsinstrument über alle Prozesse)
- Berichterstattung und Eskalation

**Dein Profil**:

- Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektterminplanung/-steuerung
- Verständnis für komplexe technische, kaufmännische und terminliche Zusammenhänge sowie deren Abhängigkeiten (Ursache und Wirkung)
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen
- MS-Project Kenntnisse vorausgesetzt

Primavera P6 Kenntnisse von Vorteil, bzw. gewünscht

Fähigkeit Projekt-Progress Risiken auf der Terminschiene darzustellen und zu lenken

Kenntnis der Prozessabläufe im Anlagenbau von Vorteil

Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Organisationstalent

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Hohe Belastbarkeit und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Parteien runden Ihr Profil ab
