Marketing & Sales Specialist Vitamins

Contribute to the delivery of projected vitamin and carotenoid sales in the area of responsibility (sub-region within EMEA), while optimizing the price realization for our Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) Business.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Deliver results according to the annual sales plan aligned with the overall business goals to achieve projected sales volumes for the respective sub-region, with clear view on route to market (direct through Vitamins Unit or through Solutions Unit), and drive to optimize price realization.
- Act as the main point of contact in the region for any question related to Vitamin & Carotenoids availability and pricing.
- Maintain network in the respective region to ensure a sound understanding of market and competitive dynamics.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, both within existing customer relationships and new market segments, to expand the customer base to ensure we are securing projected sales volumes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes within the region. Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies to remain competitive.
- Play a pivotal role in transitioning the sales approach towards a direct (online/inside) sales model. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to execute this shift smoothly, ensuring a seamless customer experience and optimized sales outcomes.

**You bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial roles with increasing scope and responsibility.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional context.
