Your place in the team

You will be part of a newly established People & Culture team empowering goUrban’s international growth

In your role you will be closely working with our People Business Partner, People Experience Specialist, Talent Acquisition Team and the business stakeholders such as the management team and the legal function. Together we are striving to build an appreciating environment that attracts and keeps great talents.

**Requirements**:
What you will be working on
- Own all administrative tasks among our employee’s lifecycle from the onboarding to the exit
- Be the first point of contact when it comes to contractual or labor law related questions for the Austrian talent market
- Empower our employees from day 1 by providing best onboarding experience and making sure they have everything they need to get started
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to make sure that we can provide the best hiring experience to talents
- Work closely together with our People Experience Specialist on improving the overall employee experience among the company
- Take care of team event and travel organizations

What we are looking for
- \+2 years of experience in People Operations/ HR Admin
- you feel comfortable working within a scrappy environment where you build foundations
- in depth knowledge of the Austrian labor law and market
- You are a great communicator and team player
- Native German skills are required for this position, as many of our documents and documentations are yet in German
- You enjoy working within an international environment and speak fluently English
- Ideally you have first experience with relocations and work-permit processes (RWR)
