**Your key responsibilities**
- Shape and drive a product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
- Craft product strategies based on customer insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Oversee and continually review the product value chain.
- Support pricing strategy with market demands using your financial acumen.
- Monitor product performance and work closely with marketing and sales to ensure effective positioning and outreach.

**You bring**
- A master’s degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, food chemistry, or similar.
- Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in product management and/or food and feed safety commercial role (e.g. sales).
- Experience with, or at least a solid understanding of, food allergens and the related food safety requirements.
- Sufficient technical background to understand the assay
- and technology platforms used in food and feed safety and effectively communicate with R&D and production teams. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep empathy and intuition to understand customer needs and pain points. Prior experience with direct customer interaction is a clear advantage.
- A creative and innovative mindset to identify new opportunities, explore and evaluate options to come to the best solution.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
