Octapharma specializes in the development of highly pure pharmaceuticals made of human blood plasma. As part of a family-owned enterprise, Octapharma in Vienna is not only the largest production site, but also a successful research location of the Octapharma Group. Since our company continues to grow, we are now hiring for our team:
**Your new challenges which will inspire you**:

- Develop, implement and manage project plans, including timelines and effort
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information with stakeholders and supplier
- Monitor working hours, budget, plans, tasks and track progress
- Conduct issue, Risk Management and stakeholder analysis
- Prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
- Support and lead URS establishment and development of other technical documents for and from supplier to proceed in project execution
- Prepare technical documents and develop concept, basic and detail design of equipment or production lines with appropriate support
- Coordinate production & R&D related studies, projects with scientific background
- Support local PMO and educate/train other employees according to the project management standard within the company

**Your profile that will convince us**:

- Chemical engineering, Biotechnology, Process Engineering or similar Background
- First work experience in Project Management
- Knowledge in Project Management IT Tools and Office Tools e.g. MS Project, Planisware, SharePoint
- Very good communication skills in Business English
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Organizational strength, a goal-oriented mind and a hands on mentality

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.909,67. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
