**Your responsibilities**:
**Take over responsibility**: 2 years, 4 rotations, 4 jobs - choose from a wide variety of potential departments where you will work on challenging tasks, ranging from AI Development to Sales and Project Management.

**Have a keen sense of adventure**: You will spend half a year in one of our worldwide branches. In your new environment, you will strengthen your competencies and spread the Kapsch spirit.

**Shape the future**:As part of the program, you will be working on one trainee project each year, which deals with a currently relevant topic at Kapsch and allows you to collaborate with colleagues and leaders from different departments.

**Connect within Kapsch**:Together with the other graduate trainees, you will regularly organize get-togethers with top management to get to know and understand our business even better as well as gain insight into important business topics.

Your profile:
- You are** innovative, ambitious** and ready to face new challenges- You show openness, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity for **technology**- You have recently or are about to complete a **Master's** degree**, preferably in business management or engineering, and gained first work experience- Fluency in **English** is essential; fluency in any other language is an advantage
