For an upcoming clinical trial project WCG ThreeWire is searching for a **Study Coordinator** in **Vienna**

**Your profile**:

- Completed medical education, healthcare professional (preferably study

nurse, doctor’s assistant)
- Experience in a clinical environment and clinical trials
- Very good communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Independent and well-structured, as well as detail
- and result-orientated
- Quick adapting to a new work environment
- Must have B2/C1 level in German both written and spoken and proficiency in English language skills.
- Multi-language is a plus.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting study site during start-up of clinical trial
- Educating staff on study duties
- Searching for new patients in the site database
- Contacting pre-qualified patients (pre-screening)
- Scheduling and reminding appointments
- Performing remote follow-up visits
- Collaborating with PIs to build referral networks
- Overall administrative support
- (EDC data entry and query resolution)

Your role will require a close and effective cooperation with the study doctors and the clinical teams for study related tasks.

The position will be offered part-time.
