**Your tasks**:

- Strategically shape the entire tutor recruiting process, rethinking it E2E
- Define and oversee key recruiting KPIs across different deal stages
- Ensure a fantastic experience for tutors along the recruiting journey
- Drive initiatives to improve recruiting experience and performance and measure their impact
- Work together with marketing, product, CRM and data teams for holistic management of the recruiting process

**Who you are**:

- 3-5 years experience working in a marketplace company, having developed and managed mass-recruiting of freelancers
- Technical experience in setting up and managing recruiting funnel across CRM and WebApp
- Strong data-analytical background
- Excellent project management experience; tracking and building processes
