Your key responsibilities
- Drive product development by working with international teams across R&D, marketing, and sales.
- Shape product positioning using market data and customer insights.
- Stay ahead of the market by analysing trends and tracking competitors.
- Support commercial teams with product trainings and expertise.
- Create engaging marketing content for online and offline channels.
- Promote our solutions through impactful presentations and trade show appearances.

You bring
- A scientific foundation - degree in biotechnology, food science, food safety or a related field.
- Strong communication skills - ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
- A collaborative mindset - enjoy working with cross-functional, international teams.
- Project management drive - ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical approach - comfortable with market research and turning insights into action.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel occasionally as part of a global team
