The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 130,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

The mission of the ESR is to serve the health needs of the general public by supporting scientific research as well as education and training while striving to improve the quality of radiological practice.

We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support a multi‐stakeholder association in the field of interoperability in health information technology.

Tasks
- Serve as the association’s contact point and handle daily correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings of the association (online, occasionally onsite)
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and minutes
- Assist in the follow-up and implementation of matters arising from the meetings
- Support the organisation of an annual event with more than 350 participants
- Coordinate the association’s committees and task forces
- Manage, organise and update relevant data (e.g., membership administration)
- Maintain databases, mailing lists, Google groups and online platforms
- Support marketing and communication activities, incl. proofreading
- Update the association’s websites and support the creation of content
- Support the management of financial tasks
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., statutes of the association)
- Ensure correct election and voting procedures are followed

**Requirements**:

- 3‐5 years of related work experience
- University degree in communications, business administration, marketing, IT or health‐related fields beneficial
- Excellent command of English (oral and written)
- Good command of French (written) beneficial
- Expert skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic technical knowledge in the field of health IT/eHealth
- Good understanding of finances
- Administrative and office management skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Versatile organisational talent with enthusiasm, accuracy and patience
- Willingness to travel (2‐3 times per year)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy is at least € 2,300 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualification.
