We seek a Social Media Manager for our digital wallets Skrill & Neteller to grow our social media footprint in North & South America. In this role you are the primary social media contact for the US & our LATAM efforts.

You create, build & nurture bespoke satellite channels for these markets in English & Spanish (preferably also Portuguese), based on our core social presences.

You also create content from start to & with help of our creative team, actively engage our communities and report on social media relevant metrics.

**Please note: this is a Vienna based job Working permit for Austria is required in advance.**

**What would be your major** responsibilities**?**
- Nurture and grow the Skrill and Neteller social media satellite channels
- Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
- Develop social media and content strategies per channel per brand
- Define priorities and key projects to improve performance
- Plan and organize social media editorial calendars
- Produce content from start to end: Ideation, briefing / production, publishing
- Monitor comments and engage with our communities daily
- Populate monthly social media reportings and own OKRs
- Run regular give-aways from start to end
- Create benchmarks and set realistic goals for our channels
- Run A/B tests to optimize our social media content
- Promote content via paid social advertisement (Meta adsmanager)
- Propose new projects or changes according to trends and strategy

**Is this you?**
- Academic degree in **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media** or equivalent education
- 3+ years relevant working experience
- Personal interest in** iGaming, (e)**Sports and/or Crypto **is a **MUST**:

- Experience in influencer marketing is an advantage
- Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms
- Paid social know-how, especially Meta Adsmanager
- Good understanding of media design & asset production
- Great story-telling skills & lots of creativity
- Experience with social media & listening tools like Brandwatch
- Skilled in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and / or FIGMA
- Great analytical skills & laser-focus on driving tangible business impact
- Strategic mindset to deliver holistic plans
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion to keep on track of social media trends
- Ability to multi-task & assess priorities
- Excellent time management & organization skills
- Strong initiative & dedication to quality
- Self-motivation & self-reliance
- Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
- ** Full proficiency in English & Spanish,** additional language skills advantageous (Portuguese)
