Production Manager (f/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Personal bedarfsgerecht organisieren, ausbilden und entwickeln
Gewährleistung und Kontrolle des sicheren Betriebs der Anlagen im Einklang mit den jeweiligen Gesetzen und Vorschriften sowie den firmeninternen Anforderungen
Mitwirkung und aktive Umsetzung von CapEx-Projekten in der Produktion, um die Effizienz zu steigern, Herstellkosten zu senken und die Prozess
- und Anlagensicherheit zu erhöhen
Erstellung und Kommunikation produktionsbezogener Dokumente (SOPs, HAZOPs, MOCs etc.)
Aktive Mitarbeit und Pflege der Produktkalkulationen
Bearbeitung und Kommunikation produktionsbezogener Themen

Ihr Profil

Verfahrens-technisches oder Chemisch-technisches Hochschulstudium
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, wünschenswert in der chemischen Industrie
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen (bevorzugt Oracle)
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
Umsetzungs
- und Durchsetzungsstärke
Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
Pro-aktive, selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamplayer mit offener, freundlicher und kommunikativer Persönlichkeit

Die Gehaltsspanne basiert auf dem Kollektivvertrag für die chemische Industrie, jährliches Grundgehalt ab ca. 75.000 €. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung, zusätzlich bieten wir ein attraktives Paket mit firmeninternen Zusatzleistungen an.
