**Desktop Technician L2 **will provide day to day local

Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution.

**ii. Position Responsibilities and Functions**

a) Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

b) Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

d) Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.

e) Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.

f) Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.

g) Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

h) Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

i) Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.

**#German Language at least B2 level preference**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: 4,000.00€ - 4,500.00€ per month
