For our Head Office we are looking for support of the Location & Facility Manager in running all general Head Office activities.

In this role, you will:

- Support the Facility Manager
- Review the actions performed by suppliers on quality and / or actual delivery during absence of Facility Manager.
- Handle invoices approved by the Facility Manager.
- Take initiative to exceed customer´s expectations.
- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for internal and external guests and prioritize and balance daily tasks in a most professional way.
