We are looking for an HR Business Partner (M/F/d) in full-time (40 hours) and for an unlimited period. Your homebase will be our headquarter at Vienna Airport or Cologne-Bonn Airport.

Salary

For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. The gross salary for the profile described is at least EUR 3.300. An overpayment is possible, especially with relevant professional experience and special qualifications.
Tasks

As an HR Business Partner, you will support our managers in achieving their goals, and thus the goals of Eurowings. You are a sparring partner for your customers and use your HR expertise to develop viable solutions.

Advise and supervise your department independently in all operational and strategic HR issues, including the selection and use of suitable HR instruments
Work closely with your department, give impulses to other HR interfaces and be the contact person in employment law and collective bargaining matters
Work closely with the various employee bodies
Advise our managers on disciplinary measures and carry out, among other things, personnel interviews, and further measures
Take over projects on the HR side, e.g. support and implementation of structural or organizational measures

**Requirements**:
You have a university degree in law, economics, or social sciences or in a comparable course of study with a focus on human resources
You have several years of professional experience in conceptual HR work and in advising executives as well as in dealing with co-determination committees
You have good knowledge of Austrian and European employment law
You are characterized by a high degree of independence as well as a result-oriented and structured way of working
You are empathetic, communicative and have a confident appearance
Ideally, you are familiar with the HR module from SAP
You speak business fluent German and English. Knowledge of Spanish, Czech and Swedish is beneficial.
