Stellenbeschreibung

Für unser Corporate Internal Auditteam suchen wir im Ausmaß von ca. 16 Wochenstunden eine(n) Teamassistent*in Corporate Internal Audit (m/w/d). Bei dieser Tätigkeit werden sie mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:

- Assistenztätigkeit für den Director Corporate Internal Audit
- Sie kümmern sich um das Dokumentenmanagement mit den geprüften Einheiten.
- Für unsere weltweiten Auditaufgaben stellen Sie sicher, dass dazu nötige Flüge, Hotels, Visa und der Transport der Auditor*innen sowie deren Termine und mögliche Seminare organisiert sind.
- Sie sorgen durch zeitgerechte Ankündigung unserer Audits und deren follow-up Audits für genügend Vorlaufzeit bei unseren internen Kunden und unterstützen die Auditor*innen bei der Erstellung von Grafiken für Berichte sowie mit Exzerpten dieser Berichte.
- Sie betreuen das dokainterne Gastrevisor*innenkonzept und stellen das Kostencontrolling externer Partner*innen sicher.
- Reisekostenabrechnungen und die Beschaffung von Büro
- und IT-Materialien gehören genauso wie die Vernichtung von vertraulichen Dokumenten zu ihren Aufgaben.
- Sie halten die Intranet-Seite von Corporate Internal Audit aktuell.

Qualifikationen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HLW/HAS oder ähnlich)
- Erste Berufserfahrungen
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Verlässliche und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Absolute Vertraulichkeit hinsichtlich der mit der Tätigkeit einhergehenden erlangten Informationen
- Hohe Service und Kundenorientierung
