Be part of the Finance - Team and bring our vision to life. - Organize management meetings, workshops & conferences and prepare decision bases for our CFO and the management board - Take the ownership for key initiatives in finance department (e.g., digitalization, New Work etc.) and key strategic projects (like business plans for M&A projects) and work on them together with your colleagues - Support new team members in their onboarding and work closely with our HR team when it comes to people development & talent programs - Be point of contact between the different finance departments, the leadership team and our board - You have several years of experience in working in a finance department (e.g. Controlling, Accounting etc.) in a bigger company? - You are proficient in standard valuation methods and preparing investment decisions (like Capex, Buy or Build, M&A etc.)? - You are an analytically thinking person who is open for new things and curious about shaping the digital future with us?
