**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Provide high quality legal advice on corporate law, corporate finance and capital market matters
- Prepare, participate in and document general and board meetings within OMV Group
- Manage corporate governance compliance as well as evaluate corporate governance performance, monitor corporate governance developments and assess impact on OMV Group
- Manage OMV Group’s Austrian and international subsidiaries, internal transactions as well as the set-up and liquidation of entities and branch offices
- Manage legal aspects of corporate finance and capital market projects for OMV Group (eg facilities, bond issues, capital increases)
- Draft and revise agreements of all sorts, parent company guarantees, internal regulations, by-laws, PoAs and other (internal) legal documents
- Manage legal disputes in relation to corporate law and finance matters, including determination of case strategy and settlement negotiations
- Support OMV Group’s centralized legal department in all legal matters and other departments of OMV Group under the supervision and guidance of the General Counsel and/or the Head of Department Legal Corporate Law

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in law or related field; ideally successfully completed bar exam
- At least 9 years relevant professional experience as in-house lawyer or attorney at law in areas such as Corporate and Contract Law, in particular on Austrian law, as well as in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Commercial Law
- Strong analytical abilities, negotiation and presentation skills,
- Team player
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-organizational relationships
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel
