Linde Hydrogen FuelTech GmbH **Head of Manufacturing (M/F/d)** Vienna, Austria | req16622 **What you will enjoy doing** - You manage the supply chain areas of workshop (24 FTE), warehouse (6 FTE) and purchasing (5 FTE) for hydrogen refueling systems at the Vienna location - The focus is on purchasing, due to the necessary transition from an operational to a strategic orientation - You ensure adherence to work, safety and environmental regulations and coordinate, control and monitor production processes - You look after customers and inspectors and optimize the manufacturing processes in terms of quality management, new technologies and resource planning, taking into account a lean management system - You are also the central contact person for topics relating to facility management **What makes you great** - You have completed a degree in industrial engineering or in a commercial domain (with correspondingly deeper technical background knowledge) - Several years of experience in personnel management as well as in-depth knowledge of cost accounting, product calculation and controlling are essential - You have experience in change management, possibly lean manufacturing as well as in-depth knowledge of ERP planning systems (SAP) and MS Office - You are characterized by a strong understanding of processes, a willingness to continually optimize and the desire for intensive further training in applied manufacturing technology at the Vienna location - We require entrepreneurial thinking, intercultural competence and very good German and English skills (spoken and written) **Why you will love working with us** Within Linde Hydrogen FuelTech GmbH ("LHF"), the globally leading industrial gases and technology company Linde plc bundles its expertise in the innovative field of hydrogen mobility.
