As Customer Experience Content Marketing Manager (f/m/d) you are part of the Customer Experience Team at Nuki. In addition to building and developing an editorial system for our Service Knowledge Management System, you will establish an internal training platform and enable our employees to receive simple and targeted training. In doing so, you will contribute on a strategic and operational level to the sustainable development of knowledge for internal as well as external stakeholders. This will give you the chance to help further develop our content management and to actively shape the future of Nuki.

**Your Role**:

- You are responsible for building and managing an internal and external knowledge platform
- You create and design customer-oriented content (e.g. tutorials, help articles, etc.)
- You take care of content planning based on performance indicators and place content SEO-optimized
- You optimize existing content and can relate it to other content
- You support the customer experience team in creating and managing solution-oriented text modules (macros)
- You contribute to the design of training material for internal and external use
- You document the current processes and are responsible for their further development
- You show optimization potential concerning content

**Job Requirements**:

- You have a university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in the field of communication or bring at least three years of professional experience in content management and SEO
- You have a strong linguistic talent and a great passion for storytelling to write high-quality content in various formats in German and English, and remain stylistically confident in visual design
- You have the competence to turn complex issues into a simple and understandable solution
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with WordPress, Confluence and Zendesk
- You get things done, take ownership and always go the extra mile
- You have a basic understanding of cross-selling and up-selling topics
- You are IoT- and technology-savvy and have a strong interest in smart home technology
