**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Die nachfolgenden Kompetenzen entsprechen unserem Idealprofil - wir fördern jedoch gezielt Talente mit Potenzial und bieten eine fundierte Einarbeitung inklusive SuccessFactors-Zertifizierung._
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Module **Employee Central**und** Reporting**:

- First-Level Support für HR-Anwender*innen mit Fokus auf **Stammdaten
- und Organisationsmanagement**:

- Aufbau und Pflege von **HR-Controlling-Strukturen** sowie regelmäßige Erstellung von Reports
- Koordination des **Datenqualitätsmanagements** inklusive Monitoring von Schnittstellen
- Unterstützung bei der **Administration von Rollen und Berechtigungen** im System
- Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten und Systemrollouts

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL, FH, Uni)
- **Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung** in einem daten
- oder systemnahen Bereich, idealerweise mit HR-Bezug
- Praktische Erfahrung mit einem **HR-System**, vorzugsweise SAP SuccessFactors
- Ausgeprägtes **analytisches Denkvermögen**, hohe Genauigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in Projektarbeit von Vorteil
