Do those numbers excite you? We are looking for an ambitious Global People Business Partner to get involved in a range of different upcoming projects as we continue to expand globally.

**Your tasks**:
As a Global People Business Partner you will be part of the leadership team of the People and Organization function, working closely with the Chief People and Organization Officer and other leaders in the function.. Within your role you will be responsible for:

- Owning the entire People Business Partner relationship for one or multiple global functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Technology)
- Acts as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to leaders of the respective functions on all people related topics including:

- Understanding business needs and translating them for People Ops
- Reviewing performance with business and deriving talent implications
- Consulting on talent development matters
- Support in recruiting process for key positions
- Co-develop and drive the people strategy for the function aligning with the global people strategy
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence and Core Ops on implementing new programs and processes (e.g. levels/titles/compensation/career journey) and ensuring they are effective
- Drives functional strategic workforce planning and talent strategy
- Acts as change champion for the function, supporting organizational development and culture matters
- Once the organization and their respective functions grow, Global People Partners will likely oversee a team of other BPs focusing on sub-areas of the respective functions

**Who you are**:

- 8+ years’ experience within HR, ideally having served as a People Partner before and playing a key role in a wide range of fundamental strategic projects.
- Proven ability to lead through cultural and organizational transformation, process changes and implementation.
- Proven coach and advisor to the business with strong communication skills, with the ability to work across all departments and levels of the business.
- Experience in linking people and strategy, with strong financial and business acumen
- Organised and precise mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and leading a group of individuals in different parts of the business within a project format.
- Self-starter, passionate, with a strong drive and hands-on mentality alongside being results oriented
