In this exciting and challenging position, you will work in the Strategy Department for BILLA CEE at REWE International AG. You will be involved in strategy and project work, get deep insight into the food retail market of Central Eastern European countries and will coordinate projects on your own.

**YOUR TASKS- AS VARIED AS THE TRADE**:

- Development and implementation of BILLA CEE Central and country strategic projects
- Change process management
- Analysis of market development in BILLA CEE countries, competitor situation and growth opportunities
- Identification of possible solutions in ad-hoc enquiries of the CEO
- Development of well structured, professional presentation materials
- Independent project steering and coordination
- Competent and proactive contact in stakeholder and interface management

**YOUR PROFIL- AS STRONG AS OUR BRANDS**:

- University studies (Bacc., Master) in business or other area
- Strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking
- High willingness to travel
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade (advantage) and / or strategy consulting
- International experience, especially in CEE (advantage)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in English, eastern language (advantage)
- Self-organiser, independent and above-average ability to work under pressure
- Experience of conceiving, organising and managing projects
