**To support our Corporate IT Department we are searching for a Product Owner - HR Solutions (Hire2Retire) for immediate appointment**:
**Product Owner - HR Solutions (Hire2Retire) (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- The product owner is responsible for the HR platforms (SAP Success Factors, Cornerstone,) which serve as the central hub for global HR processes.
- Establish a strong partnership with HR Departments and relevant business owners
- Evangelist for transforming the employee experience for the Wienerberger Group
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap together with business
- Manages the external and internal technical experts
- Works cross-functional with various Business Owners from different Regions of the Wienerberger group
- Manage Backlog and delivery for international rollouts and new implementations
- Sprint planning/reviews and day-to-day alignment with product team
- Coordinate cross system dependencies with other product teams (system integrations)
- Establish regular KPI reporting on e.g. SLAs, system usage
- Support, training and consulting of business stakeholders
- Planning and execution of user acceptance tests

Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience as product owner or project manager
- Ideally experience in the HR domain (HR Capabilities, HR processes and HR tools)
- Experience with SAP Success Factors and/or Cornerstone preferred but not required
- Familiar with traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people from different domains
- Broad but not necessarily deep technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, integration patterns and SDLC
- Very good spoken and written German as well as English skills are required
- Willingness to travel within Europe (max. 10%)

Our Offer

An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you. The yearly gross salary amounts to € 50.000;
