Your Tasks- Follow defined procedures for entering complaint reports into the company’s database in a timely and accurate manner (both procedures and complaint reports are in English)
- Processing of Competent Authority and device investigation reports into PDF format
- Your Profile- Matura required, current studies in University/FH degree and/or experience in a medical or technical discipline is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, ability to interpret English text quickly and accurately (Level C1), German skills are an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills and good computer skills in general
- Team-oriented personality with profound organizational skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail
