We imagine the impossible The Image Sensor Solutions business aims to become the uncontested leader in optical imaging solutions extending human vision. ISS products are mainly produced in Austria and Singapore.
**Your new responsibilities**:

- Administration for the departments: Corporate Quality, Public Funding Research Development
- Preparation of meetings: Agenda, catering, room preparation, pick-up visitors, booking of the meeting rooms
- Organization of business trips (flight, hotel, transportation) for employees and support for visitors
- Support with Corporate QRD tasks
- Reports: monthly, quarterly
- Presentations: internal and external, like customer presentations
- Admin tasks like leave requests, time management, etc. funding requests
- Acts as interface to Corporate Communication in respects to internal as well as external communication
- Organization of office equipment for the departments
- Organization FAB/Lab tours, visits, etc.
- Diverse project assistance

**What we look for**:

- Completed vocational training in business administration
- Some years of experience as team assistant is an advantage
- Good MS Office user knowledge
- SAP basic knowledge
- SharePoint basic knowledge
- English and German in speaking and writing (MUST)
