Service Delivery Specialist Pms

HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is an international company with an unrivaled reputation for service and is a leading supplier of IT solutions for the HoReCa and retail industries.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and, fitness clubs across the region.
- Handle customer cases, triage the inbound caseload and review the existing owned and escalated cases.
- Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available.
- Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
- Conduct user training.
- Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the support or installation & configuration of Hospitality PMS products, together with the associated customer training.- Experience in working with competitive hospitality products including PMS and Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.- Familiar with Oracle PL/SQL. Professional certification is preferable.Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.- Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
